These terms and conditions apply to the services provided by Marrakech SPA Hammam & Massage, Route de Fès, El Ouaha 1, 40000 Marrakech, Maroc. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Services
Marrakech SPA Hammam & Massage offers massages, traditional hammam treatments, beauty treatments, waxing, physiotherapy treatments, as well as subscriptions, gift vouchers and private hire of the spa. Details are given on the Treatments & Prices page.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (dhs) on the website and at the spa. The applicable prices are those in force on the day of booking. [to be completed: state whether prices include VAT]
3. Bookings
Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp message (see the Contact page). For any other request: contact@marrakechspa.ma. A booking is confirmed once our team has confirmed it.
The spa is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and closed on Mondays.
4. Payment

5. Late arrival, cancellation and changes

6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are presented on the Subscriptions page:
- Zen Package: 10 sessions of 60-min relaxing massage — 2000 dhs;
- Hammam + Massage Package: 10 sessions of 60-min hammam + 60-min massage — 4000 dhs;
- Slimming Package: 10 sessions of 30-min anti-cellulite massage — 1500 dhs.

7. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for the spa’s treatments, excluding 4-hands massages, hot stone massages and anti-cellulite massages.

8. Private hire of the spa
Private hire of the spa (weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family or business events) is subject to a personalised quote. The specific conditions of the accepted quote apply in addition to these terms.
9. Health and treatments
For your safety, please tell our team before your treatment about any pregnancy, allergy or particular medical condition. [to be completed: additional rules (minimum age, valuables…)]

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, in particular Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
